Shipping & Returns

General

All items are sold as tested and working unless otherwise stated.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

Please read description carefully as not all items are supplied with the accessories you might think they are.

Please read the description of all products as NOT all items are available for postage, some are too heavy and can only be collected from our office.

Payment

All online shoppers agree to pay for the item within 7 Days of placing the order. (Please email us if there is a problem.

Customers will be notified by email when payment has been received.

Please contact us if you have a problem with payment or with an item purchase. We will endeavour to help you resolve any issues.

Payments to be made via Direst Deposit, Money Order, cash on pickup, MasterCard or VISA. Sorry we do not accept COD.

All prices include GST.

Freight

Freight/postage and handling quoted prices are final and will NOT be negotiated.

We reserve the right to make adjustments in the unlikely event website generated freight charges are inaccurate. The buyer will be notified promptly.

Notification will be sent via email when item has been dispatched.

Whilst all care is taken to protect your item, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of items, whilst in transit.

Due to the volume of freight we will always endeavour to ship within 24 hours from receipt of payment. However this is NOT always possible.

All items are available for pick from our office.

We only deliver by Australia Post (Registered Post ONLY). This way all items can be tracked and item LOSS is less likely.

Deliveries VIA registered POST include $100.00 worth of insurance. Please ask for additional insurance if required.

Returns & Warranty

All systems are covered by our 90 Day Return To Base Warranty, unless otherwise specified parts are provided a 30 Day RTB Warranty.

All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unless otherwise specified, any items returned for credit or replacement are subject to the item being in the same condition it was dispatched in. If damage is deemed to be caused by customer fault, NO refund or exchange will be offered and the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense.
