All parts and computer systems have been thoroughly tested for defects and data securely wiped from the hard drive.

Laptops carry a 3 Month Return to Base Warranty Nil Warranty On Battery.

Desktop Systems carry a 3 Month Return to Base Warranty.

All Parts carry a 30 Day Return To Base Warranty.

Please retain your receipt in case you wish to make a warranty claim.

We will require the component or computer system for up to 48 hours to test any reported faults and remedy any problems either by repair or replacement.

If suspected faulty items are shipped back to us and no fault is found the buyer is responsible for payment of return freight costs.

Infection by viruses or problems caused by spyware or inappropriate use are not covered by warranty.
